How To Cure Backache:  According to J.A.C. Brown (Pears Medical Encyclopaedia, First Sphere Books edition 1967, pp 60-61), it is a symptom of many conditions some of which are localised in the muscles or bones in the neighbourhood of the spinal column whilst others are due to disease of the internal organs which shows itself in this area... In gall-bladder disease pain is typically felt under the right shoulder-blade and in gastric ulcer or gastritis pain may occur at the level of the last rib on the left side of the back. The Macquarie Home Guide to Health & Medicine by Warwick Carter and Jan Bowen (1991), p.126:   "...The most usual cause of back pain is damage to the muscles or ligaments due to incorrect lifting. Some people seem to develop back pain when they are under stress, just as other people (specially women) develop headaches..."
Other Practical Tips:  (1) Try changing the chair you're sitting on. Its curvature may not be ergonomically healthy; (2) Try using a thick, soft cushion; (3) Try to relax. "Count your blessings" and keep in mind that The Laws of the Universe make things happen perfectly for 'A More Sublime Purpose'.
